The T3SAIL10 Destination
Our destination for T3SAIL10 will be Northern Sardinia, Southern Corsica and the Maddalena Archipelago (maps.google.com).

- Corsica, Bonifacio
Our port of shipping will be in the north-eastern part or Sardinia so it is within reach of Olbia Airport.
The destination gives us enough flexibility in case of various wind & weather szenarios. Usually we should have quite fair weather (short trousers & t-shirts). Depending on wind directions and wind forces we will visit some (or even all) of the following:
- Southern Corsica with it's impressing cliff line, Bonifacio which is built right on the cliff top and Porto Vecchio.
- The Maddalena Archipelago, an impressing group of islands in the Straits of Bonifacio which is a national park.
- Sardinia's coast line Costa Smeralda with beautiful white sand beaches. Actually more like a Carribian feeling...
The Winds
See the following statistics for winds round our destination. Well known, stronger winds are Mistral, Scirocco, Tramontane and Libeccio. The likeliness for these to occur in September is pretty small. Stormy season is in the winter months.
