Fully booked T3SAIL introduces a waiting list now.
24 participants are counting down the days, hours and minutes until it's boarding time on September, 18th in Portisco, Sardinia (that is a marina some 15 minutes North of Olbia-Costa Smeralda Airport). The yacht line up has changed a bit to fit the actual number of registrants and we do now conquer one of the most beautiful spots with
- a Bavaria 50 Cruiser, 10 bunks, skipper Peter Proell (Alinbu.net),
- a Sun Odyssey 45, 8 bunks, skipper Jan Jelinek (Jelinek, Berg & Partner) and
- a Bavaria 40 Cruiser, 6 bunks, skipper Ingo Schmitt (Marketing Factory)
Waiting list established
Anyway, if you want to join us: we just established a waiting list. And this is how it works:
- Send me an email (peter(->)t3sail.org), telling me you want to get on the waiting list.
- As soon as we have the right number of "waiters" (SCNR) we will check with you and ask for a binding registration.
- After that we will try to upgrade one of our yachts to a larger one to meet the new number of participants.
- If this works out you get your traveling confirmation!
CU in sunny Sardinia!
Fair winds,
Peter
It is getting close! Hurry up, some places are still left!
10 weeks to go until we board the second T3SAIL! After the last year's cruise from Rügen over the Baltic Sea to Copenhagen it will be one of the nicest and greatest places to go for sailers: Sardinia, Costa Smeralda, Maddalena Archipelago, South Corsica. Also known as the Mediterranian Cuba, this place offers more a Carribbean feeling.
Now, we have some places left. So if you are a last minute dude, this would be your time ;-).
We have put together some destination information and some travel infos. And booking is just that easy: Go to the booking page, download the pdf and send it to us.
Questions left? Get in contact: peter(->)typo3.org
See you on board!
Peter (for the T3SAIL-Team)
Previews of the Third Yacht: Sun Odyssey 45
After the first two yachts are complete we do now fill up yacht number three. (Please note: which yacht you actually sail on will be fixed pretty much in summer. Of course you can tell us your wishes when booking, ie if you book together with your partner and want to share a cabin or you book together with your friends and want to be on the same yacht.)
Here is some information about the planned yacht no three, a Sun Odyssey 45 from the Jeanneau shipyard. There is space for 8 participants in 4 cabins. You will find some more photos and a promotion video on the Jeanneau website.

After 7 days of booking the first two yachts are complete
One week ago booking for T3SAIL10 started and I am really happy to see, that we already have enough participants for the two large yachts. This is pretty much half of the places we plan to have for T3SAIL10.
The first two yachts we have will be Bavaria 50cruisers (the same type of yacht we had this September during T3SAIL09). The Bavaria 50cruiser with its 15,40m length, 5 cabins and 10 bunks will be the largest yacht type of the T3SAIL10. It is well equipped. In case of poor visibility, in high traffic areas and if we are sailing during nighttime a radar on board will help us. GPS and radio are part of the equipment anyway. A lateral thrust unit will help to maneuver the 15,40m of lenght and appr. 15 tons of weight also in narrow ports. We will also have a dinghy for every yacht, which does have enough place on board of the Bavaria 50 during sailing time.
There is also an option for three more yachts of still about 45-46 feet and 4 cabins / 8 bunks. So do not wait any longer and join us before Dec, 31st to get the early bird rates!
Fair winds,
Peter

Kasper's podKast from T3SAIL09
Today Kasper released the latest podKast episode. This time some impressions from his day aboard T3SAIL09 on our way from Copenhagen to Helsingør. Watch why Kasper was lucky enough that we did not take him for man over board training ;-).
Thanks, Kasper for the great podKast!
